If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a minor (e.g., purchasing toys for a child), you represent and warrant that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and that you have the authority to bind the minor to these Terms. You further agree to supervise the minor’s use of any Products and ensure compliance with these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

To use our services or purchase Products, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity and bind it to these Terms.

1.2 Account Responsibilities

When creating an account on our Website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including your name, contact details, and payment information). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have provided false information, violated these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

2.1 Accurate Product Disclosure

We adhere to the Electronic Commerce Platform Toy and Baby Product Information Display Standard and are committed to providing accurate, complete, and compliant information about all Products on our Website. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Basic information: Product name, model, manufacturer name and address, contact information, and safety use period;
  • Quality information: Mandatory product certification (CCC certification) details, production license, execution standards (e.g., GB19865 for electric toys), and product quality inspection certificates;
  • Safety information: Applicable age range, safety warnings, usage instructions, and potential hazards (e.g., small parts that may pose a choking risk for children under 3);
  • Performance information: Product materials, main components, and intended use.
While we make every effort to ensure Product information is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may vary slightly in appearance.

2.2 Product Safety and Compliance

All our Products comply with relevant national and international safety standards, including China’s GB19865 (Electric Toys Safety Standard) and the EU’s EN 71 (Safety of Toys) series. We strictly exclude Products that fail to meet mandatory safety requirements, such as “real-cooking” kitchen toys using 220V voltage (which exceeds the 24V limit for children’s toys) or containing flammable materials.
Certain Products may be subject to mandatory certification (e.g., CCC certification for electric toys sold in China). Such certification information is clearly displayed on the Product detail page, and we will not sell any non-compliant Products.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on our Website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the specified Products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to: Product unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete or inaccurate order information, or suspected fraud.
An order is considered accepted only when we send you a formal order confirmation email containing your order number and details. At that point, a binding contract between you and us is formed.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All Product prices are displayed in the currency specified on the Website and exclude shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges, which will be added to your order total before checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a confirmation email.
You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account using the payment method selected at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the Website. If the package is visibly damaged, you should refuse acceptance and contact our customer service immediately. You acknowledge that certain Products may have specific age restrictions (e.g., toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3), and you will ensure that Products are used only by individuals within the recommended age range.

5.2 Assumption of Risk

While our Products meet strict safety standards, all toys carry inherent risks if misused. We shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by: (a) improper use of the Product (e.g., using a toy for a purpose other than its intended use); (b) failure to follow safety warnings or instructions; (c) modification of the Product; or (d) normal wear and tear from reasonable use.
For electronic or battery-operated toys, you agree to use only the recommended batteries and follow proper installation and disposal guidelines to avoid risks of fire, explosion, or chemical leakage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, product designs, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Guangzhou Liping Han Trade Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for the purpose of purchasing and using our Products.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services or Website immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of the Website and our intellectual property.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of our services. Termination of these Terms will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination (e.g., payment obligations for orders already placed).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the performance thereof shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court having jurisdiction over the place where our company is located (Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City) for resolution.
For international customers, nothing in this section shall prevent you from pursuing claims through consumer protection mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
